Upload required documents

A copy of the following documents must be provided by e-mail, fax or directly uploaded in myEXTO.

For an individual account or for each holder of a joint account

• Passport or government issued ID (with photo and signature clearly visible)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, phone bill,...)

Other documents

• If you plan on funding your account with your credit card, a copy (front and back) of your card
• If your account is to be managed by a third party asset manager, a duly filled and signed Limited Power of Attorney form

For corporate accounts

• Duly filled and signed corporate resolution
• Copy of the certificate of incorporation
• Passport or official ID of the authorized director and ultimate beneficial owners
