Are there any fees for with the withdrawal and deposit of funds?

Exto Capital does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals above $500 (or €500). For withdrawals below $500 (or €500) a service fee of $25 (or €25) will be charged. Please note that banks and on-line payment service providers (WebMoney, Moneybookers) may charge a fee for their services. The size of the fee depends on the amount to be transferred and on the service provider.

Can I withdraw my money whenever I want?

Yes. To withdraw funds, simply fill-in the withdrawal request. Once you have printed and signed the form, send a scan by e-mail to account@extocapital.com or fax it to +1 617 830 0410.

How do I open an account with Exto Capital?

What documents do I have to provide to open an account?

To ensure security of funds and to abide by international anti-money laundering laws, you will be required to provide a copy of the following documents:

  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, phone bill,....)
  • Credit card (front and back) if you wish to fund your account with your card

What is the minimum deposit to open an account?

The minimum deposit to open a trading account is $1'000.

What's the difference between the demo and live trading account?

The main difference is that there is no capital at risk when trading in a demo account. A demo account features real-time quotes and charts, along with all the trading tools and information you will have access to as a live customer.
